Evolve Assess operates this site on behalf of our Customers who wish their users to access online assessments via our site Online assessments are inclusive of assessments, tests, quizzes, questionnaires and surveys.

6.2.6 Formulating norm groups, which will ensure our assessments are as robust as possible and not adversely impacting certain groups
6.2.7 Market research;
6.3 You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your personal data at any time, and to request that We delete it.
7.How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
7.1 We will hold your personal data for as long as we have an obligation to Our Customer to provide Our Services, and until such a time as we delete the Customer’s
account in accordance with our Customer’s Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will be deleted when one of the following occurs:
7.1.1 deletion of your personal data upon the request of Our Customer;
7.1.2 receipt of a written request by you to Us.
8.How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
8.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 7, and/or for as long as We have your permission to
keep it.
8.2 Your data will only be stored in the UK.
8.3 Data security is very important to Us, and to protect your data. We have taken suitable operational and technical measures to safeguard and secure data collected
through Our Site.
9.Do We Share Your Data?
9.1 Your assessment results (scores, survey responses and personality profiling and associated identifiers (full name, email address and username) will be shared with the organisation for whom you have been assigned this assessment (our Customer). Our Customer may contact you in relation to the online assessments that you have taken on Our Site.
9.2 Your personal data will not be shared with anybody other than our Customer, however, anonymised assessment results and demographic information may be shared from time to time with an appropriate third party, within the assessment industry, for the clear purpose of formulating norm groups and adverse impact studies. This will ensure that our assessments are as robust and fair as they can be. All such data that we share will be completely anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
10.What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?
10.1 We may, from time to time, expand or reduce Our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Our business.
